Description
Growing company in San Clemente has an immediate opening for a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to work in their state of the art manufacturing facility! This is a very exciting time to join this team. Current plant is expanding due to product demand and business growth. This is a newly created position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, implement, and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all production, warehouse and utility equipment.
*Evaluate maintenance needs and makes recommendations for new equipment and design changes to approve safety, increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
*Establish and track maintenance budgets with-in guidelines from Corporate Management and comply with state and federal regulations for yearly reporting.
*Supervises and directs the taking of periodic meter gauge readings, chemical, and other analysis production, utility and warehouse equipment functions to assure safe and efficient performance at all times.
*Maintain plant asset list
